It's starting to feel like Quick will get a shutout.

Chef's evaluation of Lafrenierre is accurate. He's not worth a hill of beans.

Hehehe, you said, ‘rooting.’Megaterio Llamas wrote: ↑Tue Oct 28, 2025 8:35 pmYeah, you wouldn't choose to watch this matchup randomly, without a rooting interest.

That was a filthy pass by Petey to DeBrusk.

Willander has a better shot that Hughes. But he's definitely a ways behind him everywhere else.
That being said, he's had a good showing tonight.

Boeser has looked a lot more confident carrying the puck in the offensive zone this year. I don't notice more speed, but just quicker and more decisive in traffic. There are times I think he creates a lane to shoot through but then he looks to pass. I'd like to see him be a bit more selfish sometimes and just rifle it and let the his linemates crash.

That's encouraging to hear from the rookie. I've been excited about this pick and waiting for his NHL debut.
The possibility of having a homegrown top 4 RHD is what this franchise has needed in forever. Hopefully he fulfills it.
EDIT: This game seems to be as dreary as the weather. Only a 3-pager? Did this match put everyone here to sleep?

I was impressed enough by him to worry that Rutherford and Allvin will use him as trade fodder to improve the top-6 forward group in order to fulfill the Aquaman's mission of playoff gate revenue at all costs.Carl Yagro wrote: ↑Tue Oct 28, 2025 9:22 pmThat's encouraging to hear from the rookie.
