If you're already a 1st ballot HOFer and brought glory to the franchise multiple times, I say go ahead and quit to your heart's content.

I would love if some of our players quit asap so I can forget that this era has ever happened...

Honestly, I wouldn't give a 33yo a 6-year contract worth $120M, no matter what you've done for the franchise.

If that’s the impass then he misjudged. They let Stamkos go because he refused a low ball offer. And maybe this time Tampa can get assets for him.

Socialz rumourz that some of his Lightning teammates were allegedly chirping the softening of the Russian tournament ban which didn't sit well with him and added fuel to his fire.

Trade him to Washington so he can play with Ovie. They can swan song together.

So (again socialz driven to grains of salt as always) word out there has Kucherov wanting to pull a LeBron James and "team up" with star players on a limited number of clubs.

Montreal is one of them and Nikita has along history with Martin St. Louis who he credits with being a vital cog in paving his way into the league as a young player.

I would have traded some soft vegan tofu for the Wright price, but you know how difficult it is to move crap off the shelves even at a discount.

They tried really hard to differentiate the Canucks, Penguins, Blues, Lightning and Jets didn't they?

NYI just dusted off their old mothballed Captain Fishsticks.

Canucks yuck. Don't give FA any more money.

A sober reminder about the uncertainty of the draft.

The Kraken haven't ever really been built, to say nothing of rebuilt.

But they've picked in the top 10 4 of their 5 drafts. Obviously, their oldest draft picks are only 23 years old, so they don't have any classes where there isn't more potential for growth. Beniers is good -- but I am thinking he's best situated as a second/third line center on a good team who can add some offense while getting the match up assignments. Surely a quality guy -- but as the final piece, not the first. Maybe Catton will be the guy? He's off to a good start this year. O'Brien had a quality junior year after being drafted -- only to be overshadowed by Malhotra once the playoffs rolled around.

Again, its too early to say the drafts have been a failure, and its too early to wright off (<--see dat) Shane, but its just that no one really exploded out of the gate and turned heads. Maybe Wood will be a step up on Wright longer term -- maybe so, maybe not. But it is very hard for me to see Wood being the kind of impact player they hoped for when drafting Wright to begin with.

Agreed, but that is the best constipated whale jersey they’ve made.
You can hardly see the logo, which is a huge improvement.
I don’t understand how they can’t recognize any of Johnny Canuck, Stick and Rink, or Spagetti Plate would be better.
You’d think people who are so focused on a cash grab would realize this.

Just bring back the white spaghetti. I actually like them better than the black jerseys.

Great memories of walking into the Coliseum and watching those early 90s teams rocking the new duds.

Make both the standard unis.

Yeah, don't get it either. Cash grabber not selling products that the fans want and would garner him a metric shit-ton in profits.
