I may be old but I'm no dumbass who can't find content (hello Dhali!).

So no problem as there will be plenty of content to fill the void via Spotify, Podcasts, YT, etc., etc....

That said, we're talking about 'talk' shows where sound quality doesn't matter a hoot. With AM radio just click one button and you're listening. Even easier in the car, just crank the ignition. Now you gotta find the stream, load it up, bluetooth your speaker or phones,...

Don't worry, I'll manage. Just so odd that it's way more convenient 20/30 yrs ago when tech's supposed to make our lives easier today.

Blob McKenzie started a thread on podcasts not too long ago. Lots of suggestions there. There are more of them than you could possibly get around to.

Sekeres and Price and Donnie and Dhali are basically just online versions of their old radio shows. Local daily Canucks talk with guests. Everyone here hates them though, lol. All the others are more specialized, and most are less local.

I used to listen to S&P when they were on 1040 before their axing. I check in on them via YT from time to time but now I totally get why they weren't so popular.

There are some goofs...doesn't take much to see that Dhaliwal is an idiot and a few others, but honestly I don't have a hate on for anybody. It's all just background noise to me anyway and I never take these guys too seriously. Kinda the same way I feel about you folks here . Just listening in and sharing opinions on the local squad is a good way to pass (waste) time.

I think the guy I'll miss the most is our boy Jannik. He was a regular guest on basically every show on the roster and always very good. Almost more fan than ex-NHL'er and always had honest opinions never shy to tell it like it is.
