But not consistently leaving himself wide open like when he first showed up.

Been waiting for this one. These two are the future in that category. Xhekaj got a couple beauty’s in there towards the end that rocked Rempe. The grappling battle was tight and tough as both were doing mightily to set up although but Rempe was definitely not wanting to trade with Xhekaj out of respect for his abilities. This bout goes to Xhekaj but it’s close as Rempe got a couple in early.donlever wrote: ↑Sun Jan 19, 2025 5:41 pm Rempe is keeping it tighter this year.

Would love if they did, just to troll the oil...Carl Yagro wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2025 4:35 pm Still waiting for Canucks' X to release a statement for Tyler Myers...
Hey, do you think it's a good response for Gary to fine the Oilers an extra $250K for criticizing the Player Safety Department with their (crosscheck to the) cheeky social media post?Statement From Vancouver Canucks
"The Canucks organization is disappointed and we share in our fans' frustration over the three-game suspension of our optometrist Tyler Myers. We support him through this process and the organization and our fans look forward to having him back in the lineup vs. St. Louis next week, where he'll resume his optometry practice by helping other players improve their vision by uncrossing their I's and undotting their T's."
"The Vancouver Canucks organization share in our fans' jubilation, and would like to thank Tyler Myers for cross-checking Bouchard in the face. we happily accept the suspension as a fair and worthy price to be paid, and look forward to getting him back into the lineup."
I am honestly a bit surprised the oil did this and would be even more if there wasn't a quick response from the head office to tell them to 'shut it.'Carl Yagro wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2025 4:56 pm The Vancouver Canucks Have Released A Statement on Tyler Myers' 3-Game Suspension:

Hopefully the league keeps this incident and the team's response in mind when the playoffs roll around. T'would be a shame if the league treated them the way they treated the Canucks in the 2011 SCF - all because management pissed them off.theman wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2025 5:07 pmI am honestly a bit surprised the oil did this and would be even more if there wasn't a quick response from the head office to tell them to 'shut it.'Carl Yagro wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2025 4:56 pm The Vancouver Canucks Have Released A Statement on Tyler Myers' 3-Game Suspension:
