Not so sure - Mgmt has to have a bit of this egg on their face as well.

Miller has a long term contract with full no movement. In most industries, this means tenure. Which puts him above middle mgmt. (Coach). What can Tocchet do? Bench him? He benched himself for 10+ games. All he can do is take away ice time, which he has been doing.

It's starting to affect even Hughes, who is starting to play a bit more selfishly as well.

This is on Mgmt. They have let this issue fester too long.

the silverlining so far is i guess Jim Robson is so healthy at 90
