They have refrained from openly supporting Russia and are not sending them any weapons.
Trade with the West is too important for them to risk sanctions.
The combined GDP of the USA (USD 27 trillion) and the EU (USD 18 trillion) makes for a far more interesting market for their exports than the USD 2 trillion (slightly less than Canada or Italy) of Russia.
