UMMMM. In the link Bill Daly says the NHL would most likely go by points-percentage to determine draft positioning.

The article says Canucks would be out of the draft lottery in that scenario.

So I ask again: Would we "get a first"?

Points percentage makes the most sense, so my gut says points percentage will be the deciding factor meaning the Devils decide on the pick. The only hitch is if the draft is held and they resume the regular season in the summer after the draft and teams getting a lottery pick on points percentage make the playoffs and vice versa
