Quite awful in fact.Doyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Sat Feb 01, 2020 10:52 am @ Chef Luke Hughes is available in 2021. 2021 doesn’t look as strong, then again you and Berry Picker told everyone over and over the 2017 draft was garbage too. Heiskanen, Pettersson and Makar beg to differ.
Canucks are 7 points clear of Nashville. They’d have to have an epic collapse to miss at this point. These last 16 games has really turned the season around.Great logic

Re: 2020 NHL Draft
Doyle is chicken scratching the shag carpet for spillages from last nights ride on the rails while defending Byram’s miserable plus 1 draft season after ripping Olli’s next season in London after being drafted? Where’s the logic?
Tkurtle Logic it is.

Re: 2020 NHL Draft
Ottawa and New Jersey are set up pretty good for the draft with three 1st round picks each. Ottawa it looks like may have two very high picks.

New Jersey is gonna be a pretty good team in three or so years. And this one isn't going to trap..Doyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Mon Feb 24, 2020 9:04 am Ottawa and New Jersey are set up pretty good for the draft with three 1st round picks each. Ottawa it looks like may have two very high picks.

Ottawa has some nice young pieces now and they could walk out of the draft with three more.Micky wrote: ↑Mon Feb 24, 2020 9:12 amNew Jersey is gonna be a pretty good team in three or so years. Re: 2020 NHL Draft
So in a year or 2 they will have a lineup that is 90% under the age of 22. That has always worked in the pastDoyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Mon Feb 24, 2020 9:04 am Ottawa and New Jersey are set up pretty good for the draft with three 1st round picks each. I don’t know what their lineup composition will look like. They could walk out of the draft with a Lafreniere or Byfield each and a couple other high end kids. Having good young kid in the system is a good thing and it’s a great draft.Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Mon Feb 24, 2020 11:24 amSo in a year or 2 they will have a lineup that is 90% under the age of 22. All those teenagers will need mentors and veterans to teach them the ways of being a professional hockey player on and off the ice. Who’s left? Bobby Ryan?Doyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Mon Feb 24, 2020 11:35 amI don’t know what their lineup composition will look like. Re: 2020 NHL Draft
So a 3rd round pick we got this draft:
the best 3rd rounder in 2015 was Anthony Cirelli.
Scout analysis:
So our scouts gotta dive in deep to find those golden nuggets, maybe we trade Tanev's rights for another 3rd or Stecher for a 2nd at the draft.
the best 3rd rounder in 2015 was Anthony Cirelli.
Scout analysis:
2013 3rd rounders: Brett Pesce, John Hayden, Pavel Buchnevich, Jake Guentzel, Duclair and Oliver Bjorkstrand.A hard-working center who takes his shifts as they come, and finds a way to make a difference. A slick skater who is able to make creative plays in the neutral zone. Has a quick, proactive stick that is noticeable offensively and defensively.
Needs to get stronger and work on making better decisions along the boards.
All-in-all, a player who can play in all situations and be relied upon to make a difference. (Curtis Joe, EP 2014)

Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

Nothing is guaranteed yet. If we miss the playoffs this season we will have a 1st round pick.
The only HW the Canucks need
