Did Foote buy a tank of gas for Biuim's and Willanders' cars post game as compensation for their staged escapades.

After managements tough week, they had to do something to dupe the remaining fans.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

I didn't see it that way. I saw too young kids that were frustrated and decided that they wanted to be pert of the solution. I give them props for showing some push back and taking matters into their own hands. They were showing some on ice leadership. And trying to be tough to play against. Smells like leadership in the making. They are saying this is our team now....

Hronek continues to reap a good deal of credit for being an in room leader and aligning himself to be a part of the solution not a part of the problem.

Makes sense Buium and Willander being D-men would follow his lead.

With any luck, Hronek will be impressed with the kids and see a reason to stick around and be a mentor. If this happens, then he's the most likely only candidate for being captain. Of course, who knows with These Fuckin' Guys™ - they might flip him for a 3rd.

If the take a RHD in the draft (Reid or Verhoeff) then it will be a deeper (longer) rebuilt and Hronek is the logical guy to move out for forward help. I’m not saying that is the wrong move. With Verhoeff/Reid and Willander as likely the top two RHD in the future it would make sense to get a haul for Hronek when his value is high and start addressing the forward deficit.

I’m assuming you mean moving Hronek out in a few years.
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..

Yup, no rush as Reid/Verhoeff and Willander develop.
But if they get a great offer for Hronek, there would be no reason to hesitate since they should still be in rebuild mode for a couple seasons, and results don’t matter as much as accumulating the next core.
