I have my fingers crossed that Meaty treats us to another fight. That fight on Saturday was the most entertaining thing I have seen from the Canucks this season.

It will be interesting to see who doesn’t play on the right D after the Mancini call up. There’s no reason to call him up if he isn’t going to play. Better to keep him in Abby. So, if he gets in, which of Hronek, Willander or Myers isn’t on the right side. Who shifts to left or sits for Joseph? Would they sit Myers, maybe pressuring him to waive for a trade?

The Canucks are doing well playing Buium and Willander in important roles. They should also be getting Mancini, D-Petey, and Kudryavtsev some significant minutes with the big club during this written-off season.

We're now at the stage of seeing what entertainment value the competition brings. Montreal does have some great young players to watch.
