The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

I recall debating Milla versus Beckinsale at the old site with Doc (and others) when Kate was doing the Underworld series.
At their peaks, tough call - but Kate for consistency.
I watched the John Candy Bio-doc yesterday, it was a well done trip down memory for a classic actor.

We watched the first two Resident Evils last night for some mindless, bubble gum entertainment.
Reminded me of my early 2000's affection for Milla Jovovich.

Damn I’m jealous, my wife has no time for horror and sci-fi. I have to watch that shit on my own like recently doing back to back - Weapons and 28 Years Later all Chef to himself. BTW, Weapons was quite good. 28 Years Later was a disappointment.
It’s that time of year, the Golden Globes in a couple weeks, curious what movies you liked on the year? I haven’t seen many of the so called nominated ones but really liked One Battle After Another. If Sean Penn doesn’t win best supporting man that would be a travesty.
So Frankenstein, visually a good movie, it’s alright. Guilermo Del Toro’s films are always good viewing.
The one movie I really liked was Roofman with Channing Tatum. Surprising good movie.
Apparently Rental Family with Brenden Fraser is really good.
Of course loved Weapons, the lady who played the witchy lady should get best supporting actress.

One Battle After Another: One my list - but that's a long one
Frankenstein: Well done, but such a familiar tale, it would be hard to surprise me.
Roofman: Entertaining, and supposedly fairly true to life.
