Bains hasn’t done much to justify keeping him around. Next season they’ll have a fourth centre opening if everyone is healthy. Petey, Rossi, Cootes are likely the top three centres. Raty and Sasson need to improve defensively if they plan to stick around long term. Maybe DOC sticks at centre and take the 4th line role? He has the size and speed if he can manage the defensive game there.

I'm cheering for a new age of Canucks hockey. We could be getting an unprecedented rebuild opportunity in the next 2 years that even the owner and management don't seem to be too against at the moment.
