Chytil is giving me confidence that, if he stays healthy, he can be a serviceable 2C.

Actually a bit surprised there haven't been more cuts by the Canucks.

When will coaches learn that, yes its good to see what rookies have, it is also imperative that the team starts well. To do that you do need set lines, set plays and learning your team mates, be them new or a vet. Cut the ones that are minimal chance of making the team.

I'm interested to hear if Alriksson has the speed to keep up. I've heard it's a weak spot, but he's worked on it.

This one is bound to get off to a 20-30 minute delayed start due to extra-long pre-game festivities.

I will tune in at 7:20 and take it from there.
