Gulf islands

Curious if there are those who know the Gulf Islands well and which of them do you prefer ? I’m always scanning the real estate pages. Got a buddy who has a home on Mayne, been to Mayne. It’s OK, not sure it’s my jam. Looking at Pender Island now. I’ve noticed with these gulf islands you got your multi million dollar properties mixed in with your under $500 grand hillbilly shacks.
