Yes, 24 hours I hear.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

The hardest for me was swapping the morning coffee with cream and sugar for black.
I go 12-6. No breakfast is easy and dropping the baked snacking after dinner took some resolve but once you get used to it it's a piece of piss.

Right...I didn't have that issue as I've drank black for years.

Caffeine has been bugging me lately so I only have one and then switch to green tea and then water for the balance of the day.

And you're right, once you're in one, you're in one and it becomes habit then you don't even notice not eating anymore.

3 days to develop a new life trend.

Easy as fuck.

The thing that I found the most interesting about it is that dropping weight is maybe 80% diet and 20% cardio/exercise. I would've thought those numbers would be reversed.

I dont do much more than some basic free weights and push ups/sit ups but that was enough for me. I didn't even start that til I had dropped like half of the weight I planned on dropping so it's an interesting angle which should encourage those who pack around meat suits to get on the program

Check out McDiver with the baby goat double leg kick gainer with the back glance at the referee.

Disgusting behavior

She looks haggard in the Chicklets interview! Haha.

Really should’ve asked her to prove her identity.

Fun fact, According to Kaner (Eastvander) the jersey Kate was wearing was non other than former Nuck Samwise Gagner. :D

So the Oil lose Foegele and Henrique, replacing them with Skinner (who is one of the softest players in the league) and Arvidsson (who knows if he’s healthy). They are right at the cap with 21 players signed and still need to sign both Broberg and Holloway.

They still have McDavid and Draisaitl but the rest of the team isn’t any better. I have no idea what their plan is other than ride the hell out of the best player in the world.

Hire Stan Bowman to try and fix their mess is their plan is my guess.

Gonna burn McDavid out to the point he's ready to run.....

I don't think McDavid re-signs in Edmonton.

It will be really telling how talks go this year with Draisaitl's extension. If he signs easily, and for a reasonable hit, then I won't be surprised if I'm wrong about McDavid as I cannot see Leon wanting to stick if his meal ticket is leaving.
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..
