Mick did you just call Czarina Bonnie a 'fat lady.'
She'll have your head for that
Honestly? I'm fighting for our effing time slots for live home games. Also my belief, Vancouver doesn't look good if it's not involved.
Unless, of course, BC wants to completely secede. There's a thought.

Vancouver and BC look great.
Death rate per 100,000
BC 14
Quebec 91
Ontario 28
Manitoba 41
Alberta 19
Saskatchewan 10
Washington State 39 (BC’s neighbour is one of the lowest states)
New York State 184 (second highest state - NHL offices, including Daily’s, are there)
We are all Snidely Whiplash.
Re: NHL business
No way! 7pm pacific time! Why shouldn't BC viewers have the same privilege easties do?Cherry Picker wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 7:15 amYah, good luck with that. Most (if not all) of the games against the Leaves in Vancouver (and maybe the Habs) will be on prime time back east, 4:00 PST. Daily has no problem bending over Aquaman.
Hello. Hello. Is there anybody in there........

Come on Cherry. We are not talking about throwing caution to the wind here. There would be no access of players to the general public.Cherry Picker wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 8:16 amVancouver and BC look great.

There are no fans going to any of these games anywhere. The athletes will be clean.
And, for God's sake, please don't throw the "well if they break their own rule just for a sport, it will cause a problem" thing because people
that would say that can go fly a kite.

Gomer, why are you trying to back up your statement of lies with misdirection?Micky wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 8:22 amNo way! 7pm pacific time! I simply asked a question, wondering if you were actually, physically doing something, or simply lying and bullshitting on the internet for attention.
You understand your posting a bullshit opinion on a hockey newsgroup does nothing to sway anyone’s opinion, right?
(Should you infer that your online opinion is worthless, you are of course, correct). Do you feel like your some kind of ‘internet avenger’ righting the wrongs?. “Look out, here comes SUPER GOMES! The masked internet avenger!”. Your super powers include window licking and eating rainbow crayons.
Please go fill your inner need for online attention whoring in your own thread with its 75+ pages of useless drivel.
The 'Chain of Command' is the chain I am going to beat you with until you understand I am in charge.

So Super G, are you going to answer the original question I asked you, or just keep squirming like your uncle taught ya?

Re: NHL business
I’ll defer to the provincial experts as to their reasons, but I’ll trust their judgement more than the owners and players. There are a number of politicians in other states or provinces who would be willing to overlook protocols that Dr. Henry will not. If it was like last time, one concern for the failed Vancouver bubble was having teammates quarantine if another player or staff member tested positive. Instead of demanding that BC conform to the NHL protocol. The NHL should be negotiating around BCs needs. The rate of deaths indicate Dr. Henry has more expertise in fighting COVID than politicians in other places. The NHL should focus on modifying their plan and convincing Dr. Henry their plan is solid, instead of dictating that it needs to be accepted.Micky wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 8:37 amCome on Cherry. Warn me about what? When your opinion would be relevant? Or when you were gonna answer the question?
Or are you scared to answer as that would be used to prove your a liar (again) and your opinion flip flops faster than you can say ‘crayon muncher’

Re: NHL business
If teams are playing in their home rinks they'll be going home to their families every night, potentially bringing the covid with them from close contact with the opposition players. I suspect this would be the concern
