Boeser and Stecher for Dumba and Greenway/Kunin
Is Boeser worth Dumba and a 1st? That would be my goal and would even throw in some fluff to make it so
A first would be fine too. I think both of the kids are probably worth a pick in the 20’s. Both good young skaters with some size and edge. Either would fit in nicely in this team’s top 9.

Just say no to Dumba. He's overrated.
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..

I tend to agree. You don’t give away a Boeser for a main piece that is Dumba. It has to be a Johansen for Jones type of trade. 1 for 1, not a watered down return. Those types of returns never work out for the better

I would also prefer a one for one type deal. Dumba on his own wouldn’t be enough. He’s a decent player but I don’t consider him a legit top pairing D man. If they tossed in Jordan Greenway though, I might listen. But I’d prefer a guy like Werenski, which is probably a pipe dream. Either way if they do extend Toffoli, there will be a massive log jam on RW.

There just isn’t a great amount of good young D men to be had so it might have to be a watered down return for Boeser if we do trade him, but if we sign Toffoli and when Pod comes over and if Lind continues to play good hockey the right wing will be jam packed soon. Already is with MacEwan’s rise

They may still be stuck with Eriksson for two more years.
Maybe it’s Virtanen that gets dealt.

Yup. The boat anchor won't be going anywhere unless the league gives teams a compliance buyout which I don't think is realistic unless they wash out the entire season and playoffs. ...also unlikely.

Um sorry but no.....not possible. Doc has maintained that Eriksson is a relatively easy piece to move after this season.

I always liked him and he checks alot of boxes: RS D, tuff, big shot, flexible can play D or forward and BIG. I do have doubts about his attitude and conditioning though, but a low risk base contract with performance bonuses could be workable. A healthy and motivated Buffy would be a good upgrade over Tan-man. He'll probably sign somewhere in the U.S. though, like Minny.

Nice find! There are some interesting other rumors in that there link too.
Query: Why not resign Tanev too? Stecher will be gone. Oscar will be gone. Benn can't stay in game shape.
Rafferty is an AHLer. Juolevi isn't near ready for the job. Tryamkin is an absolute unknown to me now. Eddy retires next year.
Woo wasn't promising this year.

I’m sure Myers has been in his ear a bit, plus the opportunity to play with Hughes would be very exciting. Imagine a right side of buff, Myers, tyramkin. That’s some beefy dmen. What I think is interesting is in Vancouver he won’t have to be part of the leadership which is something I think he sucked at in Winnipeg, he’s too lazy to have a role in leadership. Luckily we got a great group of high character guys that check that box.

Myers, Bigfuckingugly, Tanev on the right side. Hughes, Edler, Trymankin on the left side. I kinda like the looks of that.
Let all the other young D percolate for a year. Bigfuckingugly on a one year, no need to protect him. Edler contract up, no need to protect him. Hughes exempts. Protect the other three. Done!
