No the wheelchair guy is Vic Chesnutt, a real life musician who committed suicide, I actually saw him live at Richards on Richards once. Morris was the weird guy who read poetry at one of Doyles house parties, played by famous jam musician Bruce Hampton who died on stage at concert in honour of him.
