To Vancouver
- Sutter - still Canuck property
- Lockwood - still Canuck property
To Pittsburgh
- Bonino - no longer Pittsburgh property
- Clendenning - no longer Pittsburgh property
- Gustavsson - no longer Pittsburgh property
Bonino helped them win two cups.
And surely they wouldn’t have won those without him and those amazing phone it in playoff skills we saw of him against the Flames. The only player who showed up in those playoffs (Burrows) happens to be Blobs most hated Canuck

It is Hargraves opinion that the way that Sutter has performed the last couple of seasons that he is in a steep decline. He wouldn’t skate in a good teams top nine IMHO.
You can pull up ice time stats from when ever the fuck you want. He’s only ever played on a good team for 3/11 years. The last time he did was four years ago. He can’t pass the puck. He is somewhat useful and it’s probably smart to retain him and hope that Gaudette pushes him out of a job at some point.

We'll take coach Green's opinion over yours but thanks for coming out...
- Just turned 30
- is a centre (valuable position)
- just 2 years left on contract
- contract is a modified 15 team NTC
- contract per year is just $4.35 Million
- well like by teammates
- excellent two-way centre

On a team with no depth he absolutely will get ice time.

What’s not to like?
Just 4.35 million
Can’t complete a pass. Has no vision, is very soft and avoids contact. Johnathan Toews and Patrice Bergeron are excellent two way centres. Guys who average 30 points a year are not considered excellent two way centres. I imagine Goldobin loves Sutter.

As shown, Mr Sutter gets tons of icetime on all teams, depth or no...

He's been worth the money for his stellar defensive play alone.
Not a very good passer but he's been improving on that.
He's not strong or overly aggressive, but he's not exactly "soft" either.
Doesn't have much vision, true.
Great in the dot though and has a great shot though he seldom gets to use it.
Fast as the wind.
Toews will make $10.5M til he's 35 and Bergeron will make $6.875M til he's 36.
Shouldn't you instead be comparing contracts to the likes of Benoit Pouliot and Darren Helm?
