P.s._____________________One thing I forgot to mention: I've heard 960 reference Calgarypuck (and certain discussions) and Darcy (Bingo) on a few occasions. I thought that was pretty cool/weird. I wonder if the Corner will ever get mentioned by Team 1040 ever? Speaking of Calgary, so many people are split on whether to commit to the rebuild or keep Iginla. The general consensus seems to be that outside of Kipper, Giordano, and MAYBE Iggy, everyone else should be traded.

Well here's hoping they keep going by the "general consensus" in Tardland.Farhan Lalji wrote: Speaking of Calgary, so many people are split on whether to commit to the rebuild or keep Iginla. I live about 200 km south of you now. Will probably head back to Van or head to Calgary in 18-20 months or so.rats19 wrote:Not sure doc....once I get some Shit In order..winter in Arizona and summer here is more dooable.

Re: From Bountiful to Ponoka
You got it figured out rats. My buddy from work has bought two trailer lots in Mesa and as he is semi retired he is down there every year from January into early April. Golfs five days a week , goes to a shitload of Cactus League games then returns here when the monsoons let up.rats19 wrote:Not sure doc....once I get some Shit In order..winter in Arizona and summer here is more dooable.
I am looking hard at purchasing down south but three properties might leave me a little bit cash poor. It will happen eventually as I will be retired somewhat in the next 10- 12 years and I HATE the pissing rain here with a passion. Getting wet 7 months a year sucks shit and while i love Vancouver, there's no way I'm hanging my hat here 12 months a year if I have a choice.

Where is Expat these days ?
Cool dude even though he is a Flames fan. I can't believe he would be pissed at us mocking D'Arcy and gang as it was a lot worse at central and he partook in some of it.
let's get this thread to 100 and 100,000.

I'm still around - I just haven't had time to post. I'm still in Arizona, enjoying the heat. Oh, and there's a team here thatBlob Mckenzie wrote:Where is Expat these days ?

will be in the playoffs - LOL.
I guess I've become a bit withdrawn from hockey. I've spent most of the winter here, although I'm scheduled to head back to Alberta in a couple of weeks. I don't know if it's warm enough up there yet - LOL.rats19 wrote:Was thinking of expat t'other day...he may be In phoenix usually come back about now.
