Maybe hes still using the UHF band on his zenith colour set

Rathbone making his Abby debut tonight.

Mikey gets the start in goal:

Guys like Petan and Mike Hunt sitting and watching in Vancouver really hurts Abby.

I'm thinking he got his rabbit ears adjusted.

As I suspected no Canucks broadcast on the road.

Mr Aquilini not paying for the broadcasters to travel.

Captain Byron Froese puts Stockton up 1-0 on a rebound that Dipietro had no chance to stop.

Would Silovs have got it?

Maybe Corn. His lateral movement in the net is cat quick and he covers a lot of ice.

Little Mikey reminds me a bit of Rogie Vachon in the net. You don't often see a small goalie in pro hockey anymore.

Mikey is a battler though. And it's entertaining

Dipietro made a great glove save on a shorthanded Stockton breakaway and then another big save on a two on one on the same Abby pp to keep it 1-0 Stockton.

Stockton made it 2-0 on a two on one with the penalty expired. Glen Gawdin with the goal for the Heat.

With Petan, Dowling, Bailey, Burroughs and Mike Hunt all up with Vancouver and Brady Keeper injured, Abby is seriously outgunned on most nights.

Plenty of hustle though. You admire their try.

Great breakaway effort by Klimovich which drew a penalty

^Karel Plasek might be the worst hockey player I have ever seen in my life.

*And Cam Schilling gets the Canucks on the board on the pp. Klimovich skating set up the play.

2-1 Heat late second
