A game breaking top-6 you say…..and that lands you at Mason McTavish? A career high of 42 points (this season), pacing at a 55Pt pace over 82 games, doesn’t sound “game breaking” to me.
But hey, he’s younger and still has the upside to be a 75-80 point guy, plus he probably signs a bridge deal for half of what Petey makes.
So let’s run with it…..
To ANA: Petey + Hoglander + pick
To VAN: McTavish + Zegras

Understanding yer just fucking about here...but...my guess is Verbeek is not trading a head case, Zegras, who he has struggled with ad infinitum....
...for another head case.
Especially since our head case comes with The Weight....

They had a journalist who covers the Ducks in Anaheim on 650 last week, based on the interview, McTavish ain’t going anywhere, so get your hands out of your pants. He says it won’t be long until he’s wearing the C he’s that well thought of in Anaheim.
Apparently they’ve explored the idea of moving Zegras.

I’m new at this and still full of drugs but let me throw something out there.
Trade Chytil and Demko and sign Bennet and Marner. Trading the 2 players gives the Canucks ~$25M in space to sign both and have a few million left to sign the last couple of players.
Should I lay off the drugs?

The acoustic version with guitar and vocal only is great.
