Pretty much everyone here is an asshole to some degree, it's what unites us.

A simple rule has always been, if you don't care for non-hockey talk, stay out of the bar and grill. When it crosses over into hockey we 'try' to shut it down, but let things slide over the summer. Things will start tightening up very soon.

As for Doc being a Mod, he was chosen because he's often here, and available to delete the spam, etc. He also has a long history with most of you and is able to bring that to the 'Mod table'. If I feel he oversteps his authority, we talk about it. As mods, we read every. goddamn. post. and that's not always a great way to start the day.

So yeah, we are a board full of trolls, assholes and bastards (not you, Rats ) and that's why we're here. We share a dark sense of humour that might not be appreciated elsewhere. Is a group like that going to grow its numbers? Not likely - but then that hasn't been the point.

So buck up buttercups, we're about to start an epic season of Canuck hockey, and that's something we can all get behind.

OK fine, but what is at issue here Cornuck, is if it’s “fair game”, every man for himself on the “troll battlefield” of Creepers Boards where assholes and their opinions are given a green light is when the mod and his dog pilers (Mëds, Topper…etc) pile on those who are literally doing the same shit as them but with a different opinion that isn’t in line with theirs. What it looks like is its content control that must lean toward what a certain few prefer. “I don’t like that you don’t like what I like” therefore my crew is going to dog pile on you labelling you as “bad” for these boards where “bad” is apparently allowed, just as long as it doesn’t transfer over to the hockey boards?

When Doc doesn’t like your opinion apparently you’re a troll, but god forbid if one doesn’t like his or of those who share in his opinions, apparently youre a troll in his twisted mind.

Maybe recognize who is truly at the heart of the trolling, most upset by opinions that are not in line with theirs where opinions are allowed??? Apparently

The most important thing we need to maintain is a vacuum of authority in the B&G. What makes this crew (yes all of you) is the lack of oversight and the capacity to be cavemen around a fire.
