What the fuck does "stacking charges" mean? Yeah, there were a stack of charges, because Trump committed a stack of crimes. Not really Bragg's fault that Trump can't stop criming is it? And in certain cases, when you commit one crime to facilitate another crime, it becomes a felony. Is that the "stacking" he's referring to?“He [Alvin Bragg] was just stacking charges and rearranging things just to make it fit a case.
Ah, now that's the reason he's saying all this. He's a Trumper. I guess you thought he's a neutral observer because he didn't say "That’s why President Trump is surging in the polls.”“That’s why he’s [Trump] surging in the polls.”
Okay: You didn't watch the video.5thhorseman wrote: ↑Sat Sep 07, 2024 2:19 pm Okay Doc, if Biase is such a legal expert, why doesn't he say WHY the case is nonsense? You know, like what a lawyer would do, make an argument.
Yeah, looks like neither Biase, nor you, nor anyone else, can tell us what this means or provide any facts whatsoever about why this case is a perversion of justice.stacking charges and rearranging things just to make it fit a case.

Did you listen to any of the video at all?

He wasn't trying to prove anything to anybody.
He was just sharing his honest perspective, thoughts, and feelings over a few drinks.
Seriously, bro, you're writing a book here about a video you didn't even watch.
Clearly you see yourself as some kind of a blind soldier in the anti-Trump army.
You truly are Leslie Nielsen as pictured above, get some help man...

When you do come up with some facts, please us me know. Thank you very much.

Doc, still deeply committed to one side of the fence. And as a spectator (Canadian). How about being a little more pragmatic in view - ‘dealing with things sensibly and realistically in a way that is based on practical rather than theoretical considerations.’?
