Okay Doc, if Biase is such a legal expert, why doesn't he say WHY the case is nonsense? You know, like what a lawyer would do, make an argument. Instead he just makes vague statements like we should all believe him because of his oh-so-prominent position with the DOJ:

“He [Alvin Bragg] was just stacking charges and rearranging things just to make it fit a case.

What the fuck does "stacking charges" mean? Yeah, there were a stack of charges, because Trump committed a stack of crimes. Not really Bragg's fault that Trump can't stop criming is it? And in certain cases, when you commit one crime to facilitate another crime, it becomes a felony. Is that the "stacking" he's referring to?

And "rearranging things", say what? Did Bragg rearrange the facts? And how would one do that? We needs to know.

“That’s why he’s [Trump] surging in the polls.”

Ah, now that's the reason he's saying all this. He's a Trumper. I guess you thought he's a neutral observer because he didn't say "That’s why President Trump is surging in the polls.”
