ole Paddy, the leaves sure could’ve used some goals from Mitch Marner? What happened? 0 goals in 5 playoff games against the CBJ’s. Meanwhile his London Knight Alumni - Bo Horvat has 6 goals in 10 games. Which begs me to conclude - $10 million Marner is not built for the rigours of playoff hockey??? Is just another Regular Season Joe?

In 4 playoffs Mitch Marner has yet to get past the first round. In 25 playoff games he has 5 goals 16 assists. Do those numbers in post season justify his annual pay of $10.8 million? I think not. His playoff numbers

2016-17 - 6 games - 1 goal 3 assists
2017-18 - 7 games - 2 goals 7 assists
2018-19 - 7 games - 2 goals 2 assists
2019-20 - 5 games - 0 goals 4 assists

Meanwhile in Hughes and Petterson’s first playoffs

Pettersson - 10 games - 4 goals 9 assists. Currently leading the league playoff scoring

Hughes - 10 games - 1 goal 9 assists
