JT Miller turns 32 in March. We will probably start seeing his age next season.

#40 stunk right along with the rest of the team. Another goal on a D breakdown and some here believe he's flipped his switch. Just go on continuing flipping your switch. Is he (3g, 4a, 7pts in 13gms) just starting to show up for work after pocketing more than Bluger's (2g, 5a, 7pts in 13gms) annual salary?

Miller was a pylon.

Juuls looked like he hadn't played in over a week, he Deharnais and Branstrom need boot camp before they platoon.

One period (closer to 10 minutes) of hockey does not a game make, 1/2 to a full stride behind most of the night.

Dismal

Jake or Louie, who is more mediocre at their current professions?

We all knew DeBrusk is your classic “mediocre” player, he always has been, why some are surprised by that is what gets me.

And Raty…is a bottom 6 player at best.

…but, Tocchet, he is our secret weapon…so the tale has been told. He can get blood from a stone…apparently.

The big club is lacking shooter confidence so this was inevitable. I was hoping he'd have been able to simmer down there at least til Xmas or longer though as he's still a skinny kid and will be leaned on pretty heavy in the NHL

Megs, what's your thinking on this one? Is he physically mature enough yet?

Heck, if waiver fodder Aman and AHL Bains can get countless chances, what's the harm in seeing Lick-her-maki guzzle a couple cups of coffee in the bigs?

At least he'll be up playing with some top guys and protected by NHLers, not trying to survive getting massacred by AHL goons. Much better than calling up plugs like Linus and giving him a few minutes with the top line security blankets. Complete waste of time.

Good recall. Early in the season to see what you might have in your prized prospect.

Yeah I agree Hank.

With BB out they still dressed 7 D in lieu of Bains last night.

See what the kid can do.

See if Megs can sign on as a Pro Scout for the team while we're at it.

And so…the song remains the same in Vancouver, it will always remain the same, a rich 50 odd years of not quite good enough hockey to bring it home, but oh these memories of “almost”, forever engraved in our nostalgia and maybe…just maybe that’s what we are about here in this quaint little seaside village of the Pacific Northwest amongst the tall evergreens and rocky fjords, not meant to win, but to only revel in the tease of it all - the dream. If we win, the dream dies.

Keep on dreaming boys, there’s no place like home.

Damn Chef, I've gotta admit...

You know, I know the Stanley Cup Champions Vancouver Canucks doesn’t exist. I know that when I riot after win number 16, the Matrix is telling my brain that it is righteous and completely acceptable and even encouraged. After 54 years, you know what I realize? Ignorance is bliss.

If I had to choose between Chef Neo's reality and the Matrix, I'd choose the Matrix.

Dude Trinity: The Matrix isn't real.

Cypher Carl: I disagree, RoyalBikerDude. I think that the Matrix can be more real than this Groundhog Day Dream.

I got you, babe.
