Well wifey and I threw a big hate-watch Leaves Elimination Day party last night.

Needless to say, twas a huge success!

I honestly never doubted for a moment Boston would win.

Oh the laughter when they aired Keefe's Pee Wee level pre-game locker room speech.

Oh the dancing when the Leaves were officially eliminated yet agin.

Last night we all loved the Boston Bruins.

Today, thank goodness, we can all go back to hating them.

That hard dump seemed to catch the leaves with their pants down last night.

On staying with the leaves.

"That'd be a goal. I've expressed my love for this place. Obviously, I've grown up here so we'll start thinking about that now and try to figure something out," Marner told reporters at the team's end-of-season availability. "It means the world (to be a Maple Leaf), we're looked upon as, you know, kind of Gods here to be honest.

Leaf fans, be honest…..

I scan the Leaves board at that other site and I can tell you this...

They are collectively DONE with Marner!

Maybe he should waive his NMC, because they certainly don't see him as "a god" any longer.
