The Bouch-tard is turning out to become a Canuck killer. I remember he was almost scoring on will when we played them that yr in the playoffs as well. :?

Kid has some decent hands and vision. They still have some development to do until he can make that move and not have to kick the puck up to his stick.

Yeah....the more I see of the kid the more I like him.

Time will tell.

In other news.

Seems Cootes may have some chemistry with Lind.

:look:

Caleb has some decent size as well, 6’2” 185 is nothing to sneeze at.

Yeah.

6'3" 205 is not of of the question for the kid at pro level.

Yeah pops played above 200.

Just happened to notice his size in that insta clip. Good size, moves well, and give him 2-3 years in the gym. I like it.

This is also why the NCAA appeals, less games. More training at a key age.

Yeah...this is a good point.

Also playing against more mature competition.

If you are at a good program, the training facilities these kids have access to (as well as the training and medical staff) are really something else.

So...with the ownership in Van being the raging nickel pinchers that they are, what are they doing (or not doing) to improve their prospect development program down in Abby?

Given to the fact that they're going to be looking to these kids to get them out of the cellar one day, shouldn't they be sparing no expense on development? Megs you know what's the deal down there, whatcha seeing or hearing?

Do they have a practice rink planned yet? Aren't these owners property guys?

Cheap pricks

I'm not really paying attention to Abby since the Flo Hockey app crapped out on me last fall. The roster itself looks underwhelming to me, competitive wise.

Cootes is about all there seems to be worth following in terms of real prospects down there.

I would expect the talent pipeline to be the primary source of positivity for the next 3-5 years.
