If we are referring specifically to stolen elections (as it seems we are from the snipped comment) I believe there are semantics involved.

A good deal of the elections processes seem to have their share of underhanded vote acquisition in this day and age....

Yeah, Joe is old and not as quick on his feet anymore, I'll give you that, but that doesn't mean he can't make good policy decisions. Unfortunately debates nowadays can't tell you that. They used to debate policy; now it's just schoolyard taunting and lying.

Two things here. Trump lies about the important stuff, like elections. His lying is also pathological; he can't seem to help himself. But the former is more damaging.

As for underhanded vote acquisition, there's no evidence of significant fraud in US elections. If you think otherwise, let's see it. Underhanded vote denial though, that happens all the time, mainly to people at the bottom of the economic ladder.
