EP, Chytil and Suter down the middle is soft like butter though.

Filip has some size but perennial head trauma issues mitigate that.

I get the hairy arm on the wings theory but you need 3 or 4 to offset that groups frailty down the pipe.

Ethan Bear? He's with Washington's AHL affiliate in Hershey. He's not very tough, though, and kind of small.

I don't remember Donny. We gave up on Jalen Chatfield much to my chagrin, but he's black.

There's a center we drafted from an Ontario reserve named Daimon Gardner, he's at St Cloud State.

edited - I remember now, it was Brady Keeper. He missed the full first season of his contract due to a training camp injury and only got into 35 games in the second year. He went on to sign with Montreal or Laval last season, but he seems to be inactive this year, according to Hockeydb.

Do whatever it takes to land a true top six centre. Do whatever it takes to sign Marner and Tavares. Re-sign Suter. Trade Blueger and Silovs. Get Willander under contract. Either extend Demko or trade him. Trade Garland. Get a true top six left winger.

Do all of this and keep our 1st RD pick.

I definitely throw something at McTavish. Anything in that second round pick range would be well worth the gamble. But to pry him away we may need to go to the next level.

Try for something that would walk him right to free agency perhaps? As in that range, I'm sure the Ducks would just match - unless there was an issue with length.

Ducks have lots of cap room. You'd have to offer an outrageous contract. Boeser money, max term?
