IMO The management is at blame here not to have any defenders capable of being a second pairing. There was a lot of concern how far the skill dropped off after QH and Hronek and it showing up now.
Yup.

Demko, once again, with some bad goals. Some nice saves, but goals bubble Demko wouldn't be letting in. Defensive breakdowns that he wasn't bailing the team out on as he has in the past. I understand the idea of he's the #1 guy guy and needs the starts to get back into the game, however given Kevin's play, platooning the two may be a better option as points can not be sacrificed.
Thanks for that Topper.
Got a chance to watch the highlights, the bench and between whistles stuff obviously wasn’t covered there.
That goal by Beniers…..Demko whiffed badly with the glove on a shot he saw the whole way from 40 feet out.
The bank shot from the corner…..yeah shit happens, but he definitely wasn’t tracking that play well.
Certainly a game speed issue. With the injuries to Hughes and Scooter, now would be a good time to platoon Demko and Lankinen. As you say, points can’t be sacrificed on the altar of getting the #1 back up to speed, so stretch the time Demko takes out to coincide with the return of Hughes (and hopefully Hronek) so that (most of) the team can hit full throttle together down the stretch.

It's got sweet fuck all about letting go shit go Reef.
This is a GDHTMB.
People are talking about GDH as it relates to their team.
Kind of like some dudes in the past and say, Alex Edler, or time outs, for instance....
....until the skinny as a stick Swedish Dude banking all the sheets steps his fucking game up peeps are gonna chatter about wtf is up.
Comparing people at this here site to the fucking media as a whole is lame bro.
Yep. Agree with that Donny. (Especially the Edler part

)
I also agree with Reef that the media ran wild with something because no news sells like bad news and people love sensational drama when it involves celebrities.
That being said, there is most certainly NOT nothing to this.
And Reef, until Eleven Pointsixersson starts leading the way, the issue with him will always be his cap hit vs actual value. I don’t think anyone here is hung up on a locker room feud…..it’s the negative performance and impact the cap hit has on a roster that still needs tweaking in a cap world where the team in question is about to carry $4+M of dead space starting next year. I wonder what JR/PA could do for the talent drop off on the blueline (that you pointed out) with that $4M+ AND the additional $3+M that Pouttersson is overpaid by based upon his current performance…..

Common fare.
Takes an audience.
Even those that bitch about it are listening to it.

I would take Edler right now vs. what we have been seeing and a time out after thr 3rd goal might have worked but I get your point.

The Sea of Murzyn's is the only true issue.
Not Miller, Pettersson, Tocchet, Benning, JR, Blob, New Jersey drones...etc
"The feud" is a total non issue. It's all about those terrible defenseman fumbling and fucking around
Exactly, the media and some posters here just can’t let it go. IMO The management is at blame here not to have any defenders capable of being a second pairing. There was a lot of concern how far the skill dropped off after QH and Hronek and it showing up now.
So if we believe the management is to blame for not icing a solid back end, and according to the board wizards, we only have two good D men......wind it back to 2014 and the decisions made on drafting, developing or trading for D. The choices made on player personnel, especially on D have been truly baffling.

Bobby sliding Benning into things that have no relevance to current affairs is like an old comfortable sweater

With the exception of Hughes, he’s not wrong.
And with the exception of Hronek the trend has continued with Rutherford and Allvin.
