Why the fuck don't they fund metal health infrastructure and get these dual diagnosis folks the help they need? It seems we're spending dollars to save pennies when it's all said and done.
The whole world dumped their mentally ill out into society 30+ years ago and we're still dealing with the consequences

Hey Mëds, I know you said you would do a further write-up, but a quick question first. I don't know how much you are able to discern the background of the addicts that take you away from your real work but how much it would you say is mental health vs trauma vs homelessness/poverty as the cause for people descending into this hopeless cycle?
