I've said all along the plan is to have this decided in the Supreme Court.

Can't get there unless you are rejected in the lower courts (and the quicker the better!).

This is why you see some of these Trump-appointed judges helping things along in the lower courts.

Like I said, they'd be foolish to show all their cards before they get to the Supreme Court.

It really depends on how it goes down (speaking theoretically of course).

If truths are uncovered, conspiracies revealed, and votes legitimately turn out in Trump's favour, yes it would be epic.

If judges rule in Trump's favour because they were appointed by him, as Strange is inferring, I don't see how you could eat popcorn to that. It would be the end of American democracy.

But 90% of what Strange writes is trolling anyways.

1) We never discussed the odds, I only suggested we’d make it interesting.

2) The bet was really for Trump to win any of Arizona, Nevada or Wisconsin, states you insisted he’d win, so you were really getting three penalty shots and only needed to set one to win. I think that’s very generous.

3) Since you insist he’s ”the fave” you should be thrilled at the opportunity.

That's not how the SCOTUS works, SL. The Trump campaign lost in Pennsylvania Federal Court when Judge Brann dismissed with prejudice the case being tried by Giuliani. In that case Giuliani stated the election was mismanaged and not fraud. The Third Circuit Court, AKA the Appeals court ruled 3-0 against the Trump campaign with Trump appointee Judge Steve Bibas writing the opinion the "claims have no merit." The Supreme Court doesn't even have to hear the case and if they do, if they find fault in Brann's ruling they will point out his legal mistakes and have him try the case again. There will be no "cards" or evidence being put forth at any Supreme Court hearing, if there is one.
