Or a 20% powerplay with Pettersson, Hughes, Boeser, Miller and Horvat dangling around the beached whale mobility of those teams that think theyll try that shit.

The new NHL is all about speed and skill

That many times playing each other? And maybe even double back to backers? Yah, emotions could carry over for sure.

I suppose another step in trying to make a season happen this year will be to have a major chat with the Officiating union in regards to handling

the possibilities of extra tensions between rival teams. I do think the Canadian div. could get ugliest, quickest. Not sure that's in the Canucks

best interest as they have not got the most effective tools for that job. If plenty is called, we are good --I think.

Trying to match an imaginary arms race of sideshow cro-mags is not playing to the teams strengths. The Canucks are built to skate and score.

I see Leaves fans are dancing with glee, saying this is a great opportunity for them to make the Final Four.

OMG it would be so epic if they finished bottom three in the division!

 Leafers would be furious + suicidal... and the Leaves would blow it all the fuck up!

#NHL/#NHLPA Agreement: Players have the option to opt-out for the upcoming season, if player or immediate family member is considered high-risk. (Believe it is without pay.)

Team would have option of tolling contract for the year.

Well we have Antoine Roussel who can bitch slap with the best of them. Actually he throws a plethora to begin with then gets pounded.

Hate to see Horvat, Myers and Miller having to drop them too often. See, here's where Jake has to be careful. We want him to take care of

opposing belligerence. We do not want him taking cheap pokes or late hits or even mouthing off for no reason. Actually it's Jake's time to shine

if he's really serious about being a truly relevant NHL winger and all round team first dude.

But he did get himself resigned to another  Shoe Me Damn It  contract, so there is hope.

Blazing speed or running from Green? Depends on your perspective.

He needs to be more like that junior player he use to be with that "C an't U nderestimate N obody T onight" attitude that served him well then..

and of course, no more parties. Unless they're with his team-mates hoisting the Cup!

League source says at this point the BC government remains unwilling to allow NHL teams to travel into the province for games. That may change as discussions continue, but remains their position as of now, even with the added safety protocols outlined today by

Red Deer or Saskatoon or anywhere else really besides Edmonton. That better be a troll job.

Sadly no. It was being discussed on coiler radio today
