A key theme of Trump and his supporters had been their claim that Philadelphia — a Democratic bastion where Trump lost badly — had not allowed Trump’s campaign representatives to watch mail-in and absentee ballots being processed and tabulated.
However, Republican lawyers have acknowledged in a separate federal court proceeding that they indeed had certified observers watching in Philadelphia. Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s administration has said that ballot watchers from all parties had observers throughout the process and that “any insinuation otherwise is a lie.”
As contested as the last election was, Hillary called Trump on election night to congratulate, and held a formal concession speech the next day. Obama also met with Trump the next day to get a smooth transition started.
Biden's victory in 2020 is more decisive than Trump's in 2016.
The electoral distribution (306 vs 232) is the same (albeit the actual tally ended up 304-227 for Trump after 7 faithless electors cast their vote fo rsomeone else than the two main candidates), but unlike Trump, Biden also won the popular vote.
Yet Trump is having a temper tantrum and screaming like a two year old: "Unfair! I don't wanna leave!"
Now, this was surely expected from Trump. Narcissists are known to have problems admitting failure.
But I'm deeply disappointed in the lack of leadership shown by other prominent republicans.
The whole world is watching in disbelief.
All experts maintain there has been no voter fraud of any significance. The control systems are better today, and dead people voting was something you could find in the 1970's but would be virtually impossible today. Yup. She called Trump to congratulate him on election night already and held a formal concession speech the next day.
But I guess it is easier to behave as a normal civilised person when you are one.
But as I said, I’m not surprised by Trump. I am however disappointed that the GOP leaders do not step up to the plate and resolve this. Trump will rather set the country ablaze than admit that he lost.
That the GOP doesn’t try to stop this is both surprising and disappointing.

Trump will throw anyone under the bus. The GOP are getting bullied.
Plus, the coffers are still filling up under the guise of the Election Defence Fund. No-one wants to turn off the taps.
