I had an apartment at 17th and Fraser for a few months now that I think about it.

But then I rented a dozen different suites/apts in East Van back in the day.

I use 16th a lot, a go to Chef route, it ends at Fraser. My move there when heading east on 16th is right on Fraser then a dog leg left that takes you to Kingsway. Is that 17th?

I go by there every so often and it brings back good memories. I like to grab a slice at the Brookyln Pizza or get some bahn mi sandwiches on that corner. I enjoy a meal at the Faux Bourgeois occasionally.

Kingsway between Fraser & Knight has become Little Korea and Vietnam. We use to ride our bikes down to the Kingsgate Mall and hang out at the library as kids.

We left before Mount Pleasant (Broadway from Main to Clark) became a red light district for awhile there.

Your right about Christopher though. He may stay but roughly at the same pay or he's looking elsewhere. Like most have pointed out; he's
a very good defense man. When he's in the line-up. You have to take the last, say 5 years and divide. If it comes to 60 games:
that's what he's worth. Not really anymore then he is currently drawing.
(He could still improve his offense). Carries the puck well, why not? Rarely used on even the 2nd unit PP or OT-3 on 3.
A healthy 60% of a season so far is good. Still only fourish. IMO.

Canucks Vasily Podkolzin scored his first KHL goal on Jan 21st (2nd Vid). Hard working shift at 0:06. He harasses the puck carriers in the NZ, creates TOs, and finishes his check. Strong on skates at 0:44. Flyby at 1:07 creates a TO-two solid chances and a SOG on shift.
