Young kids sometimes get scarred, especially skulleted ones.

If Juolevi can come out of nowhere and play half decent defense in Vancouver thats huge. Theyre going to need a few affordable assets with upside like that once Hughes and Pettersson get their 10 million dollar paydays

Juolevi, Podkolzin, Hoglander, Rafferty, Woo and Lind could be the difference makers for us. It'll allow us to shed expensive vets and plug the holes with these kids much like the Penguins have had to do with their giant contracts

Yep, that's what a pipeline looks like. It took six seasons to get from one prospect and nothing on the farm, to one of the youngest cores in the league, perennial Calder finalists, a very good farm team, and some of the best prospects still not in the NA pro system.

Patience is being rewarded with one of the fastest rebuilds in league history, and what looks to be a solid foundation moving forward - all with no luck in the draft lottery or with injuries.
