Not really certain how much any of.you pay attention to Barstool or Portnoy but Time Magazine nominated them as one of the top 250 most iconic companies in US history.

You may recall a couple of years back I mentioned gifting a client a bottle of Hibiki at Christmas.
I was talking to my brother about this as he had bought a bottle in November and he sent me this photo of a 25 y/o Macallan we had gifted my old man a couple of years before he passed.
Apparently he left a shot or two behind for his boys of which I was not aware.
....(I clipped the top of the photo due to the personal inscription)...
I think we paid around $1000.00 for it at the time.
Anyway, for shits and giggles I priced it out current day. Should have bought a case apparently.

Man I would love to try that.
One thing I have really missed is my whisky. Had a little but need to keep the alcohol low. Sometime I like to go to a whisky place and try something new. There is a really good place Surrey I want to go to again.
