My 14-year-old Sony TV finally bit it so I'll be picking up a new 4K/UHD capable one today, thinking LG. Sportsnet isn't available natively on LG TVs so I'll need a streaming device too. My old Apple TV probably doesn't support anything other than HD , I'll have to check. I think instead I will stream on my kids Xbox series. X. Might need to upgrade my internet beyond the current 25 Mbps.

Thoughts guys? What are you guys all streaming on? Do you get UHD or 4K quality streams consistently from Sportsnet?

I’m using a Samsung Q65 something. It’s 5 years old now. QLED display. OLED gives the best true and rich colour contrasts, but QLED is better in rooms with higher light levels. If your tv is in a room where there is a high level of daylight, you might want to consider that…..

I’ve been pretty happy with the variety of streaming apps on the Samsung.

Alternatively, depending what SN package you sub to, you could dump that subscription and just subscribe to SN through Prime.

Thanks Mëds. I just sprung for a Samsung S90D OLED. I upsold myself so paid a bit more than I was planning on but I'm looking forward to what should be a great viewing experience. I'll have a choice of streaming Sportsnet from the Xbox or natively from the Samsung ... maybe one version of the app is better than the other.
