I read somewhere that there is some controversy regarding the word in that sura commonly translated as virgins. It seems it could also be interpreted as hyacinths. Imagine the disappointment...

It is 100 years ago today since Joe Hill was executed by the state of Utah for a crime he almost certainly did not commit. President Wilson asked for a stay of execution, but Utah went ahead anyway.
But they couldn't kill his legacy.
My will is easy to decide
