Re: Canucks Young Guns
The Gillis drafting disease
1st round picks
Hodgdon
Schroeder
Jensen
Gaunce
Horvat - thanks to Nonis drafting Schneider
Shinkaruk - Gillis true 2013 1st round pick
Traded the 2010 1st round pick for Buyout Ballard
2nd round picks
Only Mallet, Rodin and Sauve
The other 3 he traded away for the likes Bernier
So basically out of 13 first and second round picks the Gillis legacy - Horvat, Gaunce and Rodin
What a shit show

Good point as usual BLOB EBlob Mckenzie wrote:Cool , so no agenda.RoyalDude wrote:No. Holy Cow, brah.Blob Mckenzie wrote:Ok so just so we're clear here. If Virtanen becomes a Chris Kreider or a prime Evander Kane who scores 50 +points and plays in the top six, Gillis deserves the credit right ?
Credit goes to Benning for his share in mentoring Gilman and his Gillis cronies if he becomes the next Kreider. Blame goes to Gillis, Gilman and Gillis' cronies for plaquing Benning with their dismal drafting disease if he ends up being a failure. Why do yo think Gilman was given the Gillis walking papers?

FFS Dude, this isn't even decent trolling.
It's awesome you are in your glory with the Canucks in the basement. Talk about a low bar for Genius Jim. Team had a bad game? Blame the Gillis. Team had a good game? Genius Jim's the tits.
Straight out of the Obama playbook.

Surprised no ones brought up Grabner.
Silly little energizer rabbit. Who'd a thunk.
And no, I don't want him back.

Reef, lay off the crack pipe.
The NHL eastern, bag lickers who control the league will never let this team win a draft lottery.
