Interesting facts I just learned...
Thomas Harley was actually born and raised in America but had Canadian citizenship due to his parents. He didn't live in Canada until he came up to play junior hockey for 3 years or so. Yet he chose early on to represent Canada.
Huh. Didn't know that. To be "Canadian" while having barely lived here. That's almost unheard of.
Can you imagine if those Hughes brothers decided to rep Canada after growing up here in their formative years?
Fuck 'em... and Brett Hull too.
