Anyone who wants to vote for the NDP should be sent to live in Winnipeg for a week prior to casting their ballot.
So Horsey, Dude, UK and Reefer will be hopping a bird together?
I know fuck all about provincial politics Blob, and don't even know if I'll vote.
My main issues have always been environmental protection and financial restraint, in no particular order. What's the best choice here?
Not voting…

BC Conservatives. Their EP policies aren’t clear cutting and strip mining, very few political parties actually have bad environmental policies these days.
On fiscal restraint they are miles ahead of this NDP government. Although Horgan’s NDP was not as fiscally stupid as other NDP parties have been, both here and other provinces.

Every NDP ad I've seen reinforces my vote for the Conservatives.
Saddly, Vanc Isl and the lower mainland will vote NDP and Eby will be back.
Interesting comment by Vaughn Palmer on the NDP platform. Rustad is mentioned twice as many times as Eby. Horgan, the guy left bEby a $6M budget surplus, is not mentioned at all.

Looks like the NFG is back.
Doc..... do you care?
This province deserves what it gets. Fucking lefty pieces of shit. They are determined to crush the resource sector.

Ebby is a slightly bigger scumbag than Horgan, Ujjal, Moe, and Glen Clark.
Might need to bump the voting age to 25.

They gerrymandered my district so that the Greens would probably win, and sure enough they did. This reminds me of Gracie's finger back in the 80s. Last time out it required a recount and flipped to the Libs by around 50 votes. So we get a commie-hippie coalition government by the look of it. LOL.

I try not to think about it, it's very frustrating.
I relieve some of those frustrations by taking it out on lefties across the line.
And the Dude of course.

With the recount finishing up today it looks like the NDP has flipped the Surrey Guildford riding by a margin of twenty or so votes. Surrey Guildford wasn't even one of the three ridings that had recounts, it looks like all three of those stayed as is. So it appears the NDP will eke out a slim 47-44-2 majority by the hair on their chinny chin chin and go right back to doing what they do.

Eby close advisor named in Foreign Interference investigative journalism release today...I wonder how that would have affected the incredibly close result.

It's not quite over yet. That Surrey Guildford lead is down to 16 votes and they're still counting.
Kind of amusing the way the Green votes correlates perfectly with the % of white people in a given riding in the south.

One would almost think money is changing hands behind closed doors to prevent BC (and Canada at large) from becoming a natural resource and economic powerhouse.....

After campaigning on a promise of making affordability his #1 priority, David Eby rewards every NDP MLA with a pay raise by giving them a Legislature appointment.
The first time in BC history that every governing party MLA is rewarded in some way.
Then he took a delegation to Hollywood to promote more Hallmark movies being made in BC.
