Yes, starting something overseas has always been the one thing that brings folks together in the ol' USA. Lots of scary propaganda about an evil dictator that poses a grave threat and needs to be removed, and then everything will be right again. How about Venezuela though. They're commie bastards too and they've got a shit ton of oil and a very sinister looking leader named Maduro with a big evil mustache. The media would have a field day making that guy look scary and it's right in the neighborhood. Wouldn't even have to travel that far. No nukes or chemical weapons to worry about there either (the media can still lie and say he's hiding them somewhere) and the oil companies would be Don's best friends.

Starting a war would be a great way to kickstart the economy as well. Unite the black and white, the Indians and Chindians, the rich and the poor and the fat and the thin.
