How do we still have Kane? Reports are he has a flu, not season ending injuries. Given the over-payment on some of the other crap today, Kane wityh half retained was worth a 2nd all day long. Allvin should be publicly caned for not trading kane. Livestream it, with proceeds to Canucks for Kids.

With Van being willing to retain, that is a surprise. Not even a 6th?

Looking at the bright side, with Sherwood gone, we might be able to complete the season without having a single 20 goal scorer on the team. Can I get a "Hoo Yeah!"

Still 2.5 after retention. He's not worth that to a contender who is trying to squeeze in pieces for a run
