A hockey jersey paired with chaps? Don't you think that's a weird ensemble?
Gag on one end but wide open at the other...

Yeah.....Petey passed to Miller who skated forward, shot the puck, Boeser got the rebound, shot the puck, then got his own rebound and scored. Great assist. Hughes was more deserving of a helper for his move on the wall that created a ton of space as Nashville shifted to counter before he dished to Petey.Lancer wrote: ↑Sun Apr 28, 2024 9:06 pm Hughes was having as rough a night as I have ever seen, but he pulls the monster move at the line that leads to the tying goal. Hope they close it out next game so Quinn can heal up a bit.
Boeser is showing the heart and effort some thought he lacked before. The guy’s head clearly is in a good place.
Lindholm is starting to make people forget his pedestrian performance heading into the playoffs. He has more goals than Petey. Something’s going to give with that kid. I can’t imagine it getting more rock-bottom for him than tonight - and he still collected an assist on the tying goal.
Guess I'm going to have to come on here and say the Nucks are going to win before every game now.Hockey Widow wrote: ↑Sat Apr 27, 2024 12:52 amWay to jinx it!Todd Bersnoozi wrote: ↑Fri Apr 26, 2024 11:44 pm In CD29 we trust!!!
If we can find a way to steal next game, it should be O-V-E-R.![]()

I noticed that too, old school hockey/coaching move by Tocc and great to see that it worked. We should use Zaddy91 more often in that role, especially if the PP is struggling. Kinda like when the Hawks did that to us with Buffy and he used to cause our D core and Lou a ton of grief and headaches whenever they did it.Cousin Strawberry wrote: ↑Sun Apr 28, 2024 6:40 pm I see Rick Tocchet took the time to read our GDT and send Zadorov out to stand net front for the tying goal. Just look at the chaos he caused!
I looked over at my buddy who I was watching the game with and said, "That's gonna be huge, there's our break, now go tie it up."Cousin Strawberry wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2024 10:23 am It turns out the sound the flipping of the switch makes is the ping of Scissons shot off the post

It never gets old. I was stunned so I can only imagine how the Preds feel. We have not played our best hockey yet either. If we can find a way to bring our A game then I like our chances for game 5
I sure hope so. It is scary to think he has just disappeared.Cousin Strawberry wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 2:47 am There are reports Pettersson is actually dealing with some sort of health issue/injury. I'll be curious to see after the playoffs are over if it's something legitimate or just an excuse. Like I've said before, this isnt new for him
