SKYO enough with the bum shoulder shit regarding Jake, that's not his problem, it's between the ears.

That is true, Virtanen has a lot of work to do, he needs that experience and training in the farm to develop.

But I stand by my conspiracy theory in terms of his lack of booming hits this season.
Vancouver Canucks forward Jake Virtanen left his first preseason game early with a shoulder injury, but is expected to return soon.

Jake Virtanen’s shoulder was thought to be fine. But in the Vancouver Canucks’ first preseason game against the San Jose Sharks, Virtanen did not return for the last period, after injuring that very same shoulder once again.

Boeser with 2 goals in his first game back after wrist surgery. (still in the 2nd period - 7-0 over UNO)

Am I a homer to say Tremkynn will be one of top 2 D in 3 years for the Nucks.

The kid constantly impresses me more and more each game.

Nope. You are a homer for being a Canucks fan. But, aren't we all :)

Yeah, if Tree starts to give the body a little more (sorry Brad Richardson...), he will be a true monster on D. He's starting to play some damned fine positional D.

I'm surprised he didn't take a hooking penalty with it. J/K.

Jake the Fake has 7 points in 22 AHL games. He is basically a 3rd or 4th line guy at that level. Not sure if its a lack of talent, smarts, lack of effort or being out of shape. Probably a combination of all of these things.I realize he's only 20 but I don't think it's too much to ask for him to actually produce at that level. He apparently isn't hitting at all and is one of the least physically involved players on the team.Is he injured ? If he isn't maybe it's time he gets sent to Alaska. Wake the kid the fuck up.

Ehlers is ripping it up for the Jets. Ritchie and Nylander are playing well. I think Hayden Fleury as a d man has more points than the Fake. At this point he's looking like a terrible first round pick.

Jake is rapidly becoming a big problem.
It's almost like he's doing it on purpose to show his displeasure to the Organization.
That makes him a young fool because he is not only devaluing the team's asset but endangering his career.
I hope his agent is on top of this but I'm having my doubts.

Maybe his shoulder injury is worse than we think.
Whatever it is,let him sort it out in Utica.
No rush, take as much time as you need Jake.

If the shoulder is a big issue, why is he playing at any level? Just saying. :?:
