At that price point it bcomes a solid add. I just didn't want to see a multi-year situation where he can settle in for the long float like some of these types are prone to do

Needs to improve on the back end of his game (which I am hoping our coaching staff can do considering the success they have had with others....)

That last spot in the top 12 and the 13th forward spot suddenly got very competitive. Hoglander, Podkolzin, Aman, and PDG are all in tough.
My guess is they put Hoglander on the fourth line, Aman gets the spare forward spot, PDG gets waived, and Podkolzin get traded to move out Poolman’s contract and they get a late draft pick in return.
