I thought Hunter had value. Turns out he didn’t. He returned a useless piece of shit in Markus Granlund. They are both useless as tits on a bull.

You were gearing Benning pretty hardcore on that trade.

I was wrong. It was one useless piece of shit for another. Neither of them could crack a good team. They are both terrible players.

Oh. I thought you just didn’t like me bashing Granlund. As I recall there were a few posters quite worried that he’d get selected by Vegas in the Expansion Draft. there were some posters running around with their hair on fire very scared about that prospect.

Can you name names, I don't remember that.

But I do remember your concern over the possibility of losing Gaunce.

Not really. I ain’t digging that mess up though. But at know there were some big Granlund fans here when he scored 19 goals getting 17-18 mpg and tons of PP time even though he was horrific defensively. Gaunce is a replacement level player as well. Kinda like Chaput and Megna and Eriksson for that matter.

Speaking of Gaunce. It’s astounding to me that Gillis only managed to draft one legit NHL’er - Horvat in 6 drafts. Astounding! League history worst! One! And Horvat came via a trade! He wasn’t free!! Had to give a legit young player to get him, forget first round pick - Schneider!!

I remember being scorned for identifying Granlund and Bearchia as nothing more than place holders.
