probably need to wait for a few games to see the actual stats on his top velocity (which has been way below his career average this season)

If the Canucks get better results, it will have little to do with Petey and Miller. It will be the same reason they sucked or played better all season - the defence. Having Hronek and Forbort in the defence instead of Friedman and Deharnais is what has made all the difference.
If the defence can stay healthy, they have a good chance at the post season.
Been saying this ad nauseum from almost Day 1 of this season... but people want to keep focusing on the drama instead.
Pretty sure this mini-Lever winning streak is proof of that.

He seems to have some potential as a defenceman.

In all seriousness, it's always good to see a homegrown defensive prospect look like he might actually have an NHL career.
This franchise hasn't been very successful in this area to say the least. Hope to see Willander at the end of the season.

They can still pull this out but Demko has to be better.
